Hey guys, this could possibly be a long blog. I'll start it off by talking about my day yesterday. Friday: Just before work, my parents told Tony to come and pick me up because my mum couldn't make it home in time to drive me, so I called him. He picked me up 40 minutes before work, so I could go to hj and eat since I didn't eat anything yet, and I was starving. When we arrived, we saw Phu. How glad we were! Phu's the hectic manager that's why :D. Tony and I was on drive thru together, along with Phu. It was great! Tony's getting better and better each time he does it. I'm so proud of him LOL. Fridays at work are always my favourite, it's really fun if I have Phu cause I get to talk to Tony, muck around and stuff. Phu brought out a whole bag full of food - salad, fruits, peanut butter sandwich (the grained one) it was all healthy! I was thinking, what? I asked him, and he said he's just eating healthy. He hasn't ate meat for a week, I was like wow. He then told me about our brain how.. the top half has your judgement, reason and something else I forgot. The bottom half, where it's weaker has your appetite, wheel and something else I forgot also TT. If you keep feeding yourself bad stuff, the wheel in your brain will be used to it and it will overcome your judgement and your reason. It's like, when you're full, you know you are but you will still eat, it will become a habit that's how fat people get so fat (no affence) but.. it's because they keep feeding themselves and they lose all their judgement and can't control their eating habits. I don't know, the way he told me was very veracious and persuading so I am going to eat lots of vegetables and fruits everyday. I am only going to eat meat once a day and all I will drink is water and sometimes juice. I am completely giving up all junk food/sweets. In rare occasions I will eat it once a term or something, but yeah. Everyday at school, you girls will see me with a salad box and a fruit salad everyday :D Surprising I know. This isn't a diet so don't worry, I'm eating properly just more vegies and fruits and Tony is too :) Anyways, today was great. I stayed home in the morning and talked to Tony the whole day. At 4, when my parents came home I told them if they could drive me to Canley to buy vegies and fruits. They gave me that wth look when I told them I wanted to, cause I would never do that. Anyhos, they bought food for tomorrow and stuff too and I bought the things I wanted which I did, so it was good. We then went to eat Laos and went home. I came home and started to make my salad ready for tomorrow. When my parents went out, Tony came over. It was great as always! At about 8.30, I made him this asian pasta thing which he just couldn't stop complimenting which was good to know that he loves my food :D. I don't know, whenever I'm with him it's like my heart sinks. I get such a great great feeling inside of me. But anyways, here are some songs guys enjoy. Blog tomorrow.
